In Defence Colony which is situated on Mawana Road Meerut in this colony C block has been captured by some ferocious dogs . There is around 4 to 5 dogs in a group, two of them are totally mad and brutually biting the people they also have been bitten the 5 people in the C block of Defence Colony.
