Municipal Corporation Of Raipur — my neighbours through cow dung outside my house

This is avinash yadu w/o dinesh yadu village-jora dist raipur (Chhattisgarh)-492012. I would like to complain about my neighbors that family keep throwing cow dung outside my house and if we tell them they abuse and fight with us. I seriously require your help in this matter.
Please some send swachh bharat members to have a look after all this issue.
