Subject: To Remove Arrear from my Property tax

Dear Sir,
We are residents of Prem Nagar, Jail Road Rohtak and request you to get Please resolve my issue of arrear against my Property tax bill.

There is arrear added in my property tax, but i always paid my tax on time, last year also i paid the tax.
I don't have any receipt of the last year, because i use to pay the tax online on the website of municipal corporation Rohtak. But last year in 2022, they have stopped the online system and then i had to visit the Nagar Nigam to pay the tax. I have paid the tax, then they gave me a receipt but i somehow lost the receipt, it's been 1 year a piece of paper like bill can be misplaced.

Now, for this year i got my bill receipt for property tax, and they have added arrear of previous year as well. When i asked the officers in the nagar nigam, how can i resolve this issue, but no one gave me any solution, they only siad, we don't have any records, if you don't have any receipt, then we can't help, we don't keep your records.
It's been 3 days, no one is helping in the Nagar Nigam, they are just telling me to go to room no this, go to counter no this, talk to this person, contact to this person etc etc...
