Kindly send a help for sewerage cleaning as my toilet has been blocked since 2 days....

Our street light got damaged due to heavy wind and rain.
Now electrical department is denied to repair that as they are not responsible ro hang new one.

We are facing lots of trouble in night.

Please do needful...

R sir, I am resident of 630/20 Prem nagar jail road near Rajbir atta chakki. This is to bring to your kind notice that there is a sewer for rainwater in front of my house which is blocked from last few months. Water remain stagnant there which is promoting mosquitoes to breed there in turn disease. Therefore you are requested to get it cleaned at the earliest in lieu of public interest.

Respected Sir,
Some resident of my colony constructed illegal hump in the middle of the street.This causes accumulation of water in the street and mosquitos are breeding on the stagnant water. Further, the level of my house is same as street, which may cause flooding in my house in case of rain due stopage of natural flow of water from the street. You are requested to remove this illegal hump from the street .

There are a lot of stray dogs in sainipura rohtak at front of my house 283/14 prem nagar chowk ..a lot ..which bark day and night and even bite the residents and people on the road...please come and pick up all of these from here as soon as possible.

Our neighbour monika having illegal construction in the middle of the road. Requesting from rohtak nagar Nigam kindly take initiative for illegal construction.

Pl find the attached proof of the illegal construction of water motor in the middle of street.

Also required police support to avoid misbehave from our neighbour monika. Who is highly unsocial.

Subject: To Remove Arrear from my Property tax

Dear Sir,
We are residents of Prem Nagar, Jail Road Rohtak and request you to get Please resolve my issue of arrear against my Property tax bill.
Property ID : 44C1467U159

There is arrear added in my property tax, but i always paid my tax on time, last year also i paid the tax.
I don't have any receipt of the last year, because i use to pay the tax online on the website of municipal corporation Rohtak. But last year in 2022, they have stopped the online system and then i had to visit the Nagar Nigam to pay the tax. I have paid the tax, then they gave me a receipt but i somehow lost the receipt, it's been 1 year a piece of paper like bill can be misplaced.

Now, for this year i got my bill receipt for property tax, and they have added arrear of previous year as well. When i asked the officers in the nagar nigam, how can i resolve this issue, but no one gave me any solution, they only siad, we don't have any records, if you don't have any receipt, then we can't help, we don't keep your records.
It's been 3 days, no one is helping in the Nagar Nigam, they are just telling me to go to room no this, go to counter no this, talk to this person, contact to this person etc etc...

Can you please help !?

We are residents of Kunj Vihar Colony Sunariyan Road Rohtak and request you to get the main Shiv Mandir Street built.
This street is the main way to enter the Shiva temple and the colony, which has a lot of movement. This street is badly damaged at many places, due to which the street is filled with water, it remains very muddy, Children have trouble going to school, there is a risk of getting diseases, due to this many accidents have also happened.
In this context the administration has been requested many times, A copy of which is attached with this letter. Due to the negligence of the administration, this problem remains as it is, all the residents of the colony are very upset due to non-availability of basic facilities despite paying tax.
Therefore, it is a humble request to you to get the street repaired at the earliest so that it is easy for the passers-by and colonists to come and go.

Hi, Please pick up the stray dogs from Sector 14 Rohtak. They are biting Kids, adults and old age people.

Siwar water follow in Street and lot of smel in Home nobody is able to come home, Very typical to go outside. Siwar is full of water and mad.

We are residents of Kunj Vihar Colony, Sunarian road, Rohtak and we are facing a huge problem with no street lights in our colony in the evening there are many senior citizens who go for a walk and the lack of lights is a hindrance for the safe walk. The lack of lights is an asset to thieves as the job is half done in the darkness. I hence request on behalf of our colony and society request your kind self to take immediate action and get the street lights placed.

Sewerage overflow last one year continuously in sainik colony ward 1 Rohtak near shri ki Dukan. Complaint has been closed without any action. Plz take leagal action on related employees, je, SDO for negligent of duty and violence of right to service act. In addition rain water drainage holes in side of roads are closed. Road and Sewerage level not equal. [protected]

I, Aditya Batra, resident of 1135, Sector 2, Rohtak would like to draw attention of concerned authorities that sewerage on my ramp is overflowing since 2 days and whole road is logged with water.Kindly, consider it on urgent basis so that myself and near by residents live comfortably here.

I am a resident of Shiv Nagar(Bhiwani Chungi). The sewage were cleaned around 2 months ago in my area and the garage was dumped in the middle of street by saying that it will be picked up once dried. Its been more than 2 months but no action is being taken.
We have complained thrice regarding the concern but still no action taken.
Please look into the matter.

We are facing Sewerage blockage problem from last two to three years as they have not been cleaned since 2016. The workers always come and clean the main Street sewerage but never come to clean the inner street. Because of this whenever it rains or even drizzles the street covers with sewerage water and this water even comes inside our homes through the home sewerage. It has become very much unsafe because of many diseases in this pendamic situation.
This overflow in drainage causes the problem of bad odour & leads to growth of mosquitos which causes malaria.
So I am requesting you to look into this matter personally.
If you do the needful then then I shall be very thankful to you

Hell sir : I am vijay reside of basant vihar Rohtak, near my home there is some empty plots lying there, owner of these plots never comes to care of these. Result of that people start using it as a dustbin and all are full of garbage. Unwanted big trees is also developed there and on daily basis some dangerous snakes comes and enter our houses but we are fail to approach the owners of these plots.. We all are living under terror and also facing day by day a dangerous desiese due to dirty plots and garbage. The complaint is about (Nagar nigam) garbage truck the driver of truck declining to take garbage every time he even doesn’t stop in front of house and by this we are facing a lot of trouble. We have to throw garbage in different area (Raj cinema) near our house. I am requesting you to please send a new driver and do enquiry about this.
