I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue we are facing in our apartment at Skylar Homes, Flat, Pincode-140603, where I have been residing with my daughter since last 3 year's.

We currently reside on the 3rd floor, and the residents of the 4th floor are conducting construction work in their apartment. This has led to significant problems in our unit, including dampness and water leakage throughout the entire apartment. I am particularly concerned about the potential collapse of tiles in the bathroom due to this leakage, which could happen at any moment.

I have previously raised this issue with the society, but unfortunately, no action or communication has occurred regarding this matter. Therefore, I kindly request that you treat this issue as a high priority and take immediate action to resolve it.

It is important to note that the construction taking place in Apartment 8-D is entirely illegal, as they are also modifying their floor and the roof above us.

I would appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly and ask the residents involved to rectify the situation.
