To The MCD Commissioner South Delhi Municipal Corporation New Delhi Dear Sir, There is a serious illegal construction going on public land at RZ-D2/164, Near MCD Park, Opposite of Plot No 169, Gali No 5, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi - 110045. The plot width is as low as 5-6 ft and builder is trying to build a 5 storey build on it. It is also capturing the part of gali near the park. Building 5-storey on a narrow sized plot would be dangerous as it may collapse anytime and harm other buildings which might cause casualty. We the residents of D2 Block, Gali No 5, Mahavir Enclave request you to take action immediately before any damage occurs.
