Titus — misusing public property

Sir,
I am Titus, the resident of the 5/37, visuvasapuram, saravanampetty post, coimbatore – 641 035. Today morning[protected] the Vilankurichi Corporation has arranged a JCB to dig for drainage on the road side. One tree which was giving good shade to the public and without disturbance it was in the road side. The person named Mr. Jacob who is residing at 5/39, Visuvasapuram Main Road, Saravanampetty Post, Coimbatore – 641 035 nearby purposely asked the JCB person (Driver) to pull off that tree from that place and compelled him and he has pulled out it due to this Jacobs pressure.
He has done this because he wants the fire wood, but what is the main matter in this is, this is Panchayat planted tree and it belongs to corporation now, his often work is this and he cut off all plants and trees and he sell it because specifically he doesn’t have any job or work. He is workless. But how able and bold he is to do like this. When the neighbors questioned him he is saying who will question me let me see ask your Corporation or Panchayat to come let me see this and that. He is not at all afraid of anybody he is saying.
Please send necessary persons to question him and let him know that the Panchayat trees or public properties belong to government and not to Mr. Jacob. He has a feeling that he is the DADA for that small area. Please restrict him and necessary action in this regard.
He has purchase a land of 7 cents in this land some of the Panchayat area has been measured and taken to his document which seems now in legal proceedings. So like that he is cunning and clever activities are going on in this. A suit is been filed in this regard against Mr. Jacob and the old land lord.
Please let him doesn’t want to know that the aforesaid address person has done this then he will come to fight with us. Please do the needful and oblige.
