Titus — Rude behavior of your staff in Hubli

My brother running a poultry in Hubli karnataka more than one and half year. And he purchases chicks and feed in your company since our chicken farm opened. Last saturday while my brother was on the way to buy the feed but suddenly he felt some sickness and could not go to buy and he called me at 4:45 evening and asked me to call[protected] and get the feed. I called him and requested him that my brother not well and I just received a call from him to inform you for feed and I will come in 30 minutes and pick up the feed but he said it's already 5 now, by the time you reach here our company will be closed and but come tomorrow morning at 9 and pick up the feed. I told him tomorrow is Sunday but he said no problem. Next day 9 am I went to VH groups venkateshwara located at Tarihal industrial area and called him and told him that as he informed me to come in the morning then he started screaming at me dont you know today is sunday and it is closed on sunday? I told him sir you only told me to come, suddenly he said are you educated or no? Are you sensed or no? We will not give today he said. While I was requesting for atleast one bag he said get lost. Today 31st Dec 2020 I went to buy feed while purchasing I told Satish Reddy who was preparing receipt for payment about the thing happend with Ramesh Gowda last week. Then he said you are talking on my manager I will not give any feed and go and complaint to whomever you want. And he said we are purchasing feed from your company and we are selling out side. I asked him to how can you say that when we dont do such he said he came to know that from someone i told him to who told you that i need name i will check with him. He said it is secret they will not disclose their names. And he was speaking in wrong way and asked me to get lost.
This happens to me and I dont want to continue transactions with your company and I will also inform another 5 poultry owners who are my friends not to transact with your company. If you have such staff you will close your company soon. This is not good training you have provided to your staff sir / Madam.
