1. I did not receive a bill for the product. 2. The box seemed to be sealed but I noticed that IMEI number and the Serial Number had been struck with a marker pen. The barcode was still visible though. The IMEI and the S/N of the device did not match with the ones mentioned in the box (I used "barcode scanner" app to get the details from the box). 3. Then I noticed that the box's descriptions says 16GB but the device that was present inside was a 32GB version. So this proves that the box must have been opened and the device replaced with some other one. 4. Coming to the accessories, a cheap quality duplicate earphone was present in the box. After inquiring with my friends I found out that the HTC provides some other earphone but the seller must have replaced the earphones as well. 5. I started using the device and later on I noticed that there was a display issue as well - a long bright spot (like an line) on the screen. It was not noticible in colored screens but very much visible on the white background images. 6. The device had camera issues as well. The focus wasn't working. Most of the images came out blurred. The "Barcode Scanner" app installed in this phone wasn't able to recognize any patterns at all, as the camera was not able to focus thecloser objects. 7. The earphone's microphone isn't working as I tried using them during the calls. 8. I checked the warranty details using the IMEI. It seems the device is meant for US market and not for India, and also the device is more than one year old so the warranty had expired by the time I checked the details. 9. Their support team ([protected]@musicuncle.com) is not responding to any of my mails. The customer care number goes to voicemail and the pre-recorded messages "always".
