Brought a new samsung galaxy II and signals fluctuated rapidly, when called they replaced it in my expense, even the replaced phone stopped working in 8-months. When checked with samsung service they said this is a imported one and will not cover warranty. Please do not fall for the low prices they offer. Cheating site and junglee recommends them....
i ordered an apple i phone 5 (32 gb )from musicuncle.com priced at 22, 500. i got the phone but it started having problems within 4 days. i took the phone to the local apple service center, they said that its originally a white i phone 5 (16 gb) with replaced parts. when i enter the serial number of the phone on apples website under the category "find my product". it says that my product is a replaced product and apple has no information...
1. I did not receive a bill for the product.
2. The box seemed to be sealed but I noticed that IMEI number and the Serial Number had been struck with a marker pen. The barcode was still visible though.
The IMEI and the S/N of the device did not match with the ones mentioned in the box (I used "barcode scanner" app to get the details from the box).
3. Then I noticed that the box's descriptions says 16GB but the device that was present...
