Muthoot — Auction without customer acknowledgement | |||||
Hi team, My name is s irfan, i have taken the gold loan (Loan # i11106) from muthoot on 06/09/2016 of 1, 35, 000.00, however due to some family health conditions i could not able to pay the interest. I have visited the mutooth office to release my gold on 07/11/2017 but office officials told me that gold has been put into auction, i was wondering without customer acknowledgement how mutooth can auction the gold. This is really concerning. I can able to pay the complete outstanding amount when ever muthooh need but i request you to locate my gold and confirm. I have been informed that muthoot office staff called me but i lost my phone but alternative number is active, no single message has been sent to alternative number ([protected]) Please find the attached screenshot for more details. I would request you to provide the update no later than tomorrow end of day 07/13/2017. If this issue not resolved i will proceed legally. Note: no single email has been sent to me on this issue.
