[Resolved]  Muthoot — Cheque bounce penalty

Dear team,

This is thulasidharan from kerala. This is regarding the loan account details which i need a proper details from your side which was not responded properly by the branch team.

Pls find the loan details below,
Loan account number:140040
Branch name: mvfl, kayankulam, kerala-690531.

Last year in the month of feb the loan amount is not paid with in the date, so the cheque got bounce for the feb month. After that we paid a due amount with the penalty rs11323/ on 03-mar-16 in the kayankulam branch.
At the time i ask the branch manager (Shaji) to give a bill for the payment. They refused to give the bill for the payment. Then i asked the manger shaji to give a head office number to contact, but the manger shaji regret to give the details. After a week i received a message from branch that i paid an amount of 11323. Can i know why the branch team did not provide a bill to me on time?

On 24-mar-16 again i received a msg that the loan amount is not paid still now. I am getting a due messages now a days also. Can i know the reason why the message has been given regularly? We have tried through to make a call through my phone but they are not responding properly.

After a long long back i got one mobile number ie vishnu (Bm of kayankulam) i enquired the above details with vishnu, they told that the april month due is not paid on time so we put a penalty rs 500. So u need to pay rs 4500 to clear all the dues. I asked vishnu why i want to pay rs 4500. They replied to me the interest amount for the penalty rs 500 from 25-apr-16 to till now is rs 4500. I am not getting any messages at that time of cheque bounce. Why the penalty amount messages are not convey to me? I want a exact reason for the interest amount? Is the interest amount is around 70%?. Really i am disappointed with your company. Pls give me the proper reason for the interest amount.

I am a retired army man i pay a due amount through pension only i am not feeling well too. I can't able to go to branch for every time pls consider this request a very high priority and close this issues as soon as possible.

Pls take a proper action against the kayankulam branch head (Shaji) and team. Pls guide them how to behave to the customers.
