The customer care executive who called up to remind about the due for the vehicle was rude and she said this " you know to ride bike why don't you know to pay the due ", you have the rights to say that it's overdue and no rights to pass a comment on the customer.. Very bad experience! Will never take any services from you or your company ! I can pay the entire due in one go, it's your duty to remind us and not comment on us ! If you are so much hesitant in talking polite then you shouldn't be in this filed... We have thousand things going on in life and this is something small which we have forgotten and you can remind...
