Dear Concern Team,
This is regarding the below gold loan, need to raise the query to Muthoot group concern team & RBI team.
It is whole & sole responsibility of the Muthoot team to inform the customer regarding the maturity & renewal of loan.
Due to irresponsibility of Muthoot team, today i got a message of late charges of Rs.7454/- as the loan was closed in the month of Oct'2023
In today's day all the Banker & other financial institute inform their customer regarding Maturity & renewal or other loan details through various communication and make sure customer respond and act accordingly.
But here, Muthoot don't have a proper channel of communication for their customer, it seems they only invest on celebrity to prompt their business.
I need a resolution on this on top priority.
