Muthoot — due closed and not return the rc book

Sir,
I was loan get from muthoot in kalugumalai branch from 05/04/2016. I paid all due amounts till last due.. My loan closed by last due at june 2018.
But not return my rc book, noc..
I am go to this branch for many times and not responding the manager about my rc book. Kalugumalai muthoot cheat me by staffs irregular response to customer.
Please kindly check and give my rc book..

Kindly send me the details about my RC book..
Muthoot capital kalugumalai branch, not responding my request. I was paid all dues and loan closed at June 2018.

Necessary action to be taken for return the vehicle RC.
