Muthoot — During lockdown period more intrest taken

In lockdown period more intrest taken. I ve taken gold loan from madhapur branch f8811 & himayatnagar f17344 after relaxation iwent to pay the intrest, madhapur branch taken normal intrest but himayatnagar branch (Your first branch) taken more intrest than madhapur. I am paying regularly but at lockdown period i couldn't. Please look into this matter and returned me the excess money taken from me. Thank you sir.
