Muthoot Finance — Money transfer issue

I am a resident of india living in australia and now visiting my family in haryana . I trasfered an amount of 30030.83 INR from melbourne money gram agent and wanted to recieve it in rohtak branch of muthoot finance . Staff of the same denied to give me the money with the reason stating that same person cannot be the sender and reciever at the same point whereas 3-4 days before i had another transaction which they approved and handed over money to me and also assured me that in future also i can recieve any further transactions made same way . With all the scenerio remaining same, they denied . I asked them to give the reason in written but again they said No. Its hard to understand their policy and as no genuine proof been provided with nothing in written, i feel i have been traumatised with their lack of information and unprofessional way of dealing with customer. I am here in india with no money in hand and struggling for the same .
