sir my name is anoop.sk i hade pledged gold loan in muthoot fincorp in vellaymbalam branch trivandrum.gold pledged date: 04/12/2013 last intrest paydate 23/06/2014. there was no information of auctioning the gold and later when for release they said it is auctioned and i requested at what amound was it auctioned kindly and they not confirmed me.sir ihave not received notice and a phone call this is totally fraud they atleast try to inform the customer once or twice . kindly advice what should be done . gold loan no: f70135, loyalty no: MBVLBM[protected], LOAN AMOUND 6400/-.
