5th time online complaint in 2 days but no action till date & time Please Please get this attend on urgent basis. Hi I am Your existing customer from Delhi Dilshad Colony Branch.My loan A/C no is -F16151 I am really got very upset with attitude of the BRANCH TEAM and who feels customer should come to the fishing and after that they are supreme and twist the arm...I would like to share that firstI had mortgaged my gold and took a loan of 12500/-Rs I paid some interest, but could not pay now for around 8 Months. For the reason of I am out of station from office work. I don’t have a received any single call from branch team members and In morning my mom visited in Dilshad colony branch 28th march They told them to auction the gold last month in 15th feb 2015 &. from which i am totaly unaware. this fraud has done by them in planed way where we are totally not informed.First of all my simply answer from you how can is possible????? without information auction the gold. & I already registered 4-5 online complaint regarding this topic but any person don't have take the action seriously. I called in Head office kerala & customer care but till evening don't receive any action. You are requested pls look & help to provide my gold and punish such fraud institution who is making unethical practice in Market...& ALL BRANCH MEMBERS ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVE TO THE ALL CUSTOMERS AND MY MOM pls pls also Changed the irritating attitude of Dilshad Colony Branch Team & Specially for BRANCH MANAGER .
