Muthoot — gold loan interest amount

Helo sir i have taken a gold loan from kaushambi gzb branch and i paid all interests on time from last 5 months due to some health reasons i deposited the interest of this months 5 6 days later. And the branch manager asked me to deposit 50% extra amount what is 7800 per month but he ask me to deposit 14000. Is this the behaviour of muthoot towards a costumer.
And nobody explaine d me thid thing when i have applied for loan plz contact me for this as soon as possible. Else i will never continue with muthoot and also post this matter to social media pages.
