This is yogendra kumar singh. I had taken a gold loan of rs 51, 300 on 19/08/2016. My id no. Is [protected]. Today was the due date of my interest and i wanted to pay it today but was unable to do so due to renewal of my loan. I didn't find any source of renewal from your online web pay site. So i request you to kindly look into the matter and do as desired for avoiding inconvenience of customers.
