Muthoot — I have complaint about manager

I have taken gold loan from branch g. T road khanna, ludhiana, punjab. Which i have been cutting for several days from branch to shutdown but manager yudhveer singh didn't give me any satisfaction or stopped the loan. He misbehaved me. My time was destroyed by the time but the loan didn't stop. My account number is [protected]. I'm going to branch to stop the loan but i couldn't find a satisfactory answer
