Muthoot — Impose extra penalty

I am a regular customer o[censored] around 6 years
I live in a village which is around 50 km far from muthoot branch alwar. I don't use online method of banking. I have no personal vehicle to go there. There are many case's of corona so curfew is there
No transportation so its impossible to me to go to branch to submit interest.
Plz consider me.
I can't pay extra penalty.
