Dear Sir/Madam, I kept my jewels in muthoot finance loan number - 1443/dtd 12.02.2014-AMT 10900/- Due to interest pending and gold value low., muthoot has taken decison as to do auction of the above mentioned jewel. Jewel gms - 7.2gms, due to more stone work, they made value as 5.3 gms. Kindly intervene in this regard. Due to aution gone, though i confirmed in presence their respective branch head and rep. They have not give proper response and also told nothing in their hands At present i told auctioner - m/s Bohra auctioners- chennai They informed has aution already taken place. Eventhough i informed to stop, i will repay full amount. Kindly take action against m/s muthoot finance - arakkonam unit and m/s Bohra auctioneers, chennai.
