Muthoot — Muthoot staff bad behavior

I have a two wheeler loan in my name Loan ID :TWL0222KL[protected] I could not go to work due to unwellness. Two months' worth was pending. I had said that I can pay on the 15th of this month. But without hearing that, a staff of muthot capitel service came to my house before 7 am and spoke very badly to me and my mother. And threatened us like a goon. I am not interested in proceeding with this loan if your staff does not follow the rules of conduct for a customer road. Willing to take the vehicle back and do what is required.
