I'm not getting my money which my brother remitted from qatar to muthoot finance kottayam kerala india.. When i approached the concerned office they were refusing to give me the money as my brother put my name as pranoy jacob when he remitted money and my i'd card name is pranoy jacob babu.. After paying all the interest and the total amount i received the ornament damaged, there was 3 cuts in the bangle and the weight was different from the weight given in the receipt. I am really very angry and this is not acceptable.
