Muthoot — Regarding loan amount muthoot capital

I am kallapa anandapa kambar from bijapur karanataka.. I have taken loan from muthoot capital but i ve paid all the monthly laon amount interest bt today i approached to muthoot office near sasnur hospital station road.. Complaint is i m not getting how much is remaining loan amount.. These muthoot office tellin we r not responsible fr tat u go to anywher u dnt tell remain balance.. Pls hlp i regret fr taking loan frm muthoot
