Hi team. I have made my monthly interest payment of rs1000 by using epay service of muthoot on 07th of september against my gold loan no-f32970 but transaction failed (T id - mpt-at-300456) subsequently i called customer care and raised a complaint (Complaint no is gl[protected] but no action so far on this complaint. Its been a more than week.

Please sort this out asap!!!

I have made my monthly interest payment of Rs1000 by using Epay service of Muthoot (online) on 07th of September against my Gold loan no-F32970 but transaction showing failed in Muthoot website but amount has been debited from my account.(Transaction id -MPT-AT-300456) subsequently I called customer care and raised a complaint (Complaint no is Gl[protected] but no action so far on this complaint.Its been a more than week. I contacted to the Muthoot Branch office at Bangalore Indiranagar but they advised me to call to customer care and customer care people didnt take any action on the complained.

Please help me!!!
