I tried paying interest through muthoot app n no of times couldn't get through so visited andheri east branch mumbai. Here the receptionist is so casual and not ready to help at all also i spoke to the branch manager he was more laid back than her... Server ka ham kya bol sakte hai ham ko kya malum is what they are replying. Does muthoot train their employees or they just know how to count money?? Whom do i ask for help? One of the most undertrained and unprofessional staff i have ever met Was this information helpful? | |||||
