I am calling your customer care number one picup mycall and i ask what you transfar my loan account name ?excutive say no .
Then i say but your naini branch manager send a email change loan account name is possible some paper is need.

So i ask agen, both person are give me worng informaction or not who customer care excutive or naini branch 2515 manager who is give me worng informaction i hav your naini branch e mail and customer care excutive voice recording and also naini branch manager miss nitya mishra voice recording . Both are worng ?
I request company top managmemt both are worng ? company take action agens both person and out company.
