I have taken gold loan from Muthoottu Min Marathahalli Branch (Bangalore) in 08.10.2015. Now I have approached them to close my loan with my credit card. But they have asked me to pay 1.75% on total amount as card transaction charge. I didn't agree for the same and returned back. Kindly do the need full to close my gold loan with credit card without any charge for using credit card, .
