This my 4th time if we forget to pay within the 30 days they charge hike interest its ok some time we forget and we paid online after that they will charge same hike interest bcs they ask again loan paper to chenge plan. I have other company also like muthut finance if we paid late after that its come starting interest slap they no need to come brach with paper. Muthootu mini is very bad rules to charge again customers...

Hi Sir/Madam

This is to bring to your kind notice that I hold 1 Gold loan from Muthoottu Mini Edayarpalayam Branch, Coimbatore, TamilNadu(GL no bearing 12734). I have paid my interest every two months through online upto Dec 2019. after they called to renew your gold loan for that you need to come to branch with token receipt. but unfortunately I missed my token receipt and informed them. then they said you need to come with 2 persons with their ID cards and sign formal documents to close the loan and release the gold. on March 6 2020, I went to branch with two persons and signed the documents and get the photos also.I have waited upto 2 hours to approval. but they said still approval is pending. so we will check it and let you know like that. but after that, i didn't get call from them during the Lockdown. I called him on August 2020, again they said still is not approved, will let you know once approved. after that i didn't get call from them. on Sep 30 2020 I got call from the branch and stated that, your gold ornaments are in decision of auction.you need to come to office and pay the outstanding amount on or before Oct 5th 2020. I asked them why you are not called me for last 6 months, but they didn't gave me the proper response .Also they charged 24% interest for this period, due to their mistakes they have charged interest, they didn't even Rs.1 is not waived off on the interest.I have paid Rs.15705 (with interest charges 24%) to close the loan.(Attached close receipt)
What is this? if you are not approved then customer will pay all the interests? you are hold the ornaments and put interest for that?
as per the rules, if customers wants to close the loan, you need to close on the same day. you weren't closed the loan same day. that's your biggest mistake. so please check this issue and revert back to me the resolution.
if not, will raise/file a complaint to consumer courts.

Dear sir,

I had taken gold loan from dlh-tughlakabad branch with the loan no. 2972. Sir this loan has been changed into smart loan as per request of the muthoottu mini branch and now loan no. Is 4408. I had paid my last installment on thursday 07/02/2019 through online net banking, but it is not updated so far in my account. Sir i am in doubt about of any corruption, that anything is happening wrong with us. I have attached the receipt of the payment. Please find the attachment and do the needful.

My employee i'd is 11111 name dineshkumar. I had worked 1 year and six month for this company. And. Properly resign my job then get full and final settlement. But after two year i ask my releaving letter 1st informed anjubabu and wait for 1 month but not receive. Next ask cyril joseph and wait 1 month not get this time, hr playing with my life.. Very bad

I (Roslin johnson emp. Id:13612) joined muthoot mini finance ltd on 19/08/2016 as a fresher and in a short span of time that is on 30/09/2016 though i don't have enough experiences to evaluate and to appraise jewel my manager mr. Kurinji vendan appraiser and sanctioned. Mr. Veeramanikandan (Gold loan no:9897) jewel for for rs.86000 which was later found as a partly spurious jewel but surprisingly my name was displayed in the system as appraiser. Connection with this incident my 4 months half salary was holded by the organisation.

Here with i have enclosed the report prepared by mr. Vigilance chellappa for your kind consideration. So, please kindly help me to get back lay salary balance and provident fund along with my reliving order. Which will be verymuch helpful for my future.

Sainadhpuram branch, date:10/4/2017, client number -3151 pratyusha kamal annamraju, incident -on friday (7th april 2017) we paid 46, 316rs through RTGS for closing the loan.they were saying that they didnt get any intimation from south indian bank.8th nd 9th were bank holidays.so went on monday i.e on 10th.so they took Rs.100 from us as interest for 2 days.i closed the loan on friday but eventhough they took inetrest frm me.why shoulud i pay that amount ? I want answer for this and also i want my money back.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I hold 2 Gold loans from Muthoottu Mini Horamavu Branch, BANGALORE, Karnataka (GL nos bearing 485 & 486).

I this regard the last payment i made was in January 16 2016 post which I have moved to London on a job opportunity. Branch tried calling my number during early June and my wife informed the Branch manager that I would come back in September and close the loan by paying all outstanding loan amount.

When i approached Brach in first week of November to repay and close the loan, To my surprise Branch manager informed me rudely that my Gold is auctioned and he can't do anything about it. My wife literally went into tears and asked if he can let us know at least who bought and when was this auctioned, he replied saying I have sent a notice which came back as Door lock hence I wrote to Head office to proceed with auction.

When I asked a question that i have paid my installment in January2016 and ideally i should be given 12 months time before company takes a decision of auction.. he replied saying a new RBI rule has come and as part of which I had to proceed for auction. He did not even spare a thought to think that I have repaid more than a 1, 00, 000 rupees for a 1.2 lac loan.
When I asked for the auction details on when did this happen and how much was it sold for he did not even reply me properly. All that he said was I don't know we do not know the details of auction.
It was so really disappointing to me that I lost the below ornaments of my wife
1 no Necklace, 1 gold chain, 2 Kangan bangles and a Gold pendant.
The total gross weight in gms is 86.49 (GL No486) [Net wt : 69 gms)

Its not about the money that I lost the kind o incapable people that loot the normal citizens is what is causing more pain.

When I spoke to the head office (Cochin), the company's Auction manager spoke to me saying that he can arrange for the disbursal of the excess amount of the auction, which hasn't happened so far.

Now that I have moved to London for a project work and cannot make it to India in the next 4 months, request to treat this as a personal request and do the needful.

I have taken gold loan from Muthoottu Min Marathahalli Branch (Bangalore) in 08.10.2015. Now I have approached them to close my loan with my credit card. But they have asked me to pay 1.75% on total amount as card transaction charge. I didn't agree for the same and returned back.
