Mutual Fund — I want to change my ecs bank account once they have started the mutual fund, you people are not bothering

I have taken mutual fund from one of your agent and have taken mutual fund for hdfc i have asked him to change my bank account for ecs since last 3 month she haunt done it and my checks are getting bounced he is least bother and nor helping me change bank account nor to close the account, this pathetic and also he has not given me online account to operate also. Can you help me in this matter.
