MVL Palms — construction not started even after 5 years

I paid the money in 2014 for my flat in mvl palms but they never started the construction and they are not refunding the money. I personally visited their office and tried to meed director but no avail.

Now i lodged case with ncdrc, new delhi and hoping to get my money back with interest. I want everyone to get united against mvl limited and put the promoters in bar.
