Subject : Regarding the third service of the S Cross Vehicle Purchased
Sir,
This is with reference to the S Cross Vehicle purchased by us in the month of August, 2021 – the vehicle details are as under
S-Cross – Hybrid - MH – 46 BZ 9200
Sir, I would like to get to your kind notice that in the month of May, 2022, while being to our native place, the vehicle was damaged, and we had repaired the bumper at your service centre on 21st May, 2022 as per your service advisor. Herein it is pertinent to mention that we were not satisfied by the fittings and the same was informed to the technician – Mr. Ventakesh than and there. Who had again made efforts to fix it but was not done at our satisfaction.
Now when the vehicle was sent for third service, we are being informed by the Technician Mr. Akshay and Mr. Venkatesh that the bumper has been damaged and chrome too has been damaged. Sir I would like to bring to your kind notice that vehicle on a daily basis runs between the residence at sector 35 of kharghar to the office at sector -4 of kharghar which is hardly a 6 km run on single way. Other then that the vehicle is taken to our Mumbai residence on rare occasions. During this period the vehicle was neither damaged nor had met with an accident.
Now, also please take a note of the lapses from your service center
(1) We were got the msg at 10:30 a.m.
“Dear Customer,
Our executive Aniketvishwas Wadkar – [protected] has picked up your vehicle MH46BZ9200 and is on his way to workshop My Car (Pune) Pvt. Ltd. Track the request via below link ……..
However, we were being verbally informed that Mr. Sapik Shaikh has picked our vehicle.
(2) We got another msg at 11:57 am
“Dear Customer,
Your service advisor – Siddharath has added new findings in job card JC22008903 for your vehicle MH46BZ9200. Please review JC details in …… but we never got any call from Mr. Siddharath on updating the job.
Sir am attaching the pics and screenshot of all the communications and photos of the car. We being cautious people if would have damaged the car we ourselves would have informed why would we not get it informed while sending it for servicing.
It is requested to kindly look into the matter personally and resolve the issue. I wont take my car unless the repairs are carried out.
