I have booked a swift dzire vxi(Optional) on 13th mar.The sales person(Santosh pashilkar) committed me the delivery of vehicle before 30th mar whilst taking a cheque of rs.10000 from me, after a few days when i myself follow up(Didn't bother to call and inform) with him regarding the delivery of vehicle he says due to some reason the delivery is delayed it will take a month at least. Now after a month when i tried to call him he firstly asks me who is speaking, secondly he tells me i don't know the status of your car's delivery will let you know by tomorrow and now he doesn't answer my calls anymore.
Pathetic service and pathetic response and attitude towards people's queries.

I had sent my Maruti 800 (MH 12 AX 771)for servicing. At the time of pick up vehicle was OK and there was no record of malfunctioning of Fuel gauge (Indicator). I also had filled petrol two days earlier and indicator was reflecting Tank Full. I received the vehicle back the next day an indicator was reflecting full tank. When i started in the morning after 1 km vehicle stalled and i had to take the vehicle on side of the road and reported the matter to service department of My Car. Recovery detachment was sent by them and mechanic reported lack of petrol which he filled and charged me Rs 200/- which i paid. They asked for service charges which was argued by me and accepted by My Car authorities. I asked them to rectify the problem, which they accepted on payment, this was agreed by me as by that time i had destroyed the yellow slip where fuel indicator marking was made. They did not respond when contacted by me they reported non availability of the spare, which is strange that such company does not keep sufficient stock and is unable to produce even after a week. Ultimately after another week they picked up my car for repairs. Next day at about i got SMS on my mobile that my car will be ready in 45 minutes and i must contact Mr Kiran and provided his mobile number. I tried contacting him but could not contact him till next day morning. When contacted he informed me that he is not handling my car and will ask the concern person to give me a call when he will reach the company. Today i get a call in the morning that my fuel tank is damaged and hence fuel guage is not working. I fail to understand that the vehicle has never met with an accident and was working well till it was sent for servicing. There is no external damage to the vehicle so how the tank has got damaged suddenly. They were saying welding marks which is debatable and can be done at their end also. I have asked them to return my vehicle fearing further misplacement. You are requested to investigate at your end and ensure that my serviceable parts 9fuel tank) if by chance changed replace it. I wait for management report on my complaint
