Contrary to their claims they are a group o[censored]N-Professionals!
We have become their members by paying Rs 5, 000. They provided a maid. For Police Verification they took another Rs 750 from us. Although they said that Police Verification would take 21 days, they did not give us any Police Verification certificate even after 25 days. The maid was very irregular and turned up for work for only 15.5 days in September 2019.
So we told them to send us a substitute on 4 October, 2019 which we have not received so far! Every time we call up they say they are working on it. Yet they claim they have 24, 000+ maids in their network but when we ask they say that they do not nath our profile/requirement.
Since we have terminated the services of the maid we have asked them for the refund of Rs 750 we had paid to them for Police Verification.
That is also not happening.
I think they are a group of real UN-PROFESSIONALS!
