I recd. Call for holiday package with attractive gadget along with as a gift. I booked 2 different package & done payment through credit card via pay u money. After 10 days, they r now saying i need to give them 25 refn. Client then gift will b applied. They didn't said at time of booking.. They cheated & transaction of payment done successfully on same day on 20th oct 2016. After that i tried to book the hotel.in there form there are two option, so i filled the form first option was kabani and second was hampi. After few days i have waited for there reply but didn't reply to the mail which i have send to them with the scan copy of the form so i call them and told them about the mail they told me to wait for 10 days. Then after some days i that they can't book the hotel because they don't have the booking facility there, but while taking this package i have told them about the place and the resort which i like to go and visit. At that time they told me yes before taking the package and know they are refusing it. After speaking to the customer care they told me to select other place so i change the option first was coorg and second was the oty. Again there was no repose from there side, so i call them again and they are telling me that they can book the hotel that are from there website list, so i look the list and i selected vasundhara sarovar premiere and told them to book this hotel which is in there list. But after some day past the mailed me some second star hotel lake garden resort. Know i called them they are not receiving my call and not replying my mail too. I want my refund so pls help me
