My Money Mantra — loan reference number 01531438with dhfl for home loan

Had approached mymoney mantra for home loan and it was assured Basis by mymoney mantra team member Mr. avinash khurana after discussing my requirements and looking at the documents, that there would not be any concern in getting the loan sanctioned within the expected timelines and the installments paid within last 12 months would be refinanced

Further all the information w.r.t the present and past professional engagements, financial details and other details / clarifications as sought by my money mantra team were discussed / provided over call and also during personal visit with by the my money mantra executive before handing over the documents. It was only post assurance from my money mantra team that no preliminary discussion is required with the lending bank and there would not be any concern in sanction of the loan within expected timelines and on further assurance that the cheque is collected to meet procedural compliance and convenience, but the cheque would be deposited only after sanction of the loan else the cheque would be refunded, the cheque were provided along with the documents for loan processing.

Inspite of repeadeted followups with avinash and his team there was no satisfactory response and loan processing was getting delayed. Also a request was made to the team that in case its not feasible that please let me know as my home loan installment is already overdue and i am supposed to pay penal interest and further requested not to further process the loan and refund the cheque amount as the purpose of taking the loan was defeated due to non commitment of my money mantra team.

It was only on personal assurance from mymoneymantra team post sending the mail, that the cheque would be refunded no further action was taken to stop the cheque payment. But its surprising that after sending the mail communication the cheque has been en cashed and latter on the loan is rejected by DHFL without any communication or stating any reason either from mymoneymantra team or DHFL

Have subsequently send many reminders to avinash and team, and also registered a complaint on their customer care and website, but seems like they are least bothered.

Surprised that such a large organisation could also be such non responsible and would go to any extent to take out money from the customers...
