My Money Mantra — miscommitment of mymoneymantra person and very rude behaviour

Hi team.

really dissatisfied with the commitments and behavior of our mymoneymantra.

Vishal Nishal ( told me as AVP in mymoneymantra ), even don't know how to behave with customers and what are commitments. He was making me fool for my Home Loan from last 2-3 days. even his channel partner was asking for a bribe of rs 60000/- that i[censored] pay will make your laon sanctioned in 2-3 days. I told vishal about this he said to ignore. And today as per vishal commitment he said there is no commitment from my side and commitment doesn't matters, he today itself behave very rudely and channel partner also with abusive language and said don't call us for loan now. I m worried I had provided my docs to your team now this kind of people will misue my papers.

PLease look into my matter on serious node else I have to escalate further.
