I use to make lot of purchases through My SmartPrice and i ams upposed to received MSP coins for each purchases that i make(as told by smart price). And i have made several purchases so far and i haven't received the MSP Coins yet and when i raise a Claim for it they close the claim advising that it is already credited however in their page it stoll shows Waiting Return/Cancel Confirmation from Store. Details are below

Verified MSP Coins: 216
I am also attaching the images(screenshot for your reference). If at all as advised by them if they had credited the MSP Coins my total verified MSP Coins would be 278 and not 216
