My Smartprice Complaints & Reviews

I use to make lot of purchases through My SmartPrice and i ams upposed to received MSP coins for each purchases that i make(as told by smart price). And i have made several purchases so far and i haven't received the MSP Coins yet and when i raise a Claim for it they close the claim advising that it is already credited however in their page it stoll shows Waiting Return/Cancel Confirmation from Store. Details are below

Mr. Arnam([protected] & [protected]) he has taken the amount from me of rs. 876/- against purchase of mobile handset and i have transferred the amount to the account no. [protected] of punjab national bank delhi on 04/05/2016 and i have transferred the amount through neft, but after that he not atteinding the call and not giving the response. I had sent the transaction details also to their e-mail id
