I have booked two taxi on 26th sep 2016, from mussoorie library chowk to dehradun. Booking confrimd ticket id was- mti-116251. Full paymnet collected rs 3969 from me, after the confirmation they call me, not possibile pickup from the place, reason was there are taxi union issue so they are cancelld my pickup ( i have made another booking from another company gozo cab no issue for pick up). After one week i call to the party my taxi india for refund, they are refunded only 3820. On 13 th oct 2016 i dont understand why there are deducting rs 149 from me ? cancellation reason was only the service provider mistake.
