This is to complain you that because of TVS Services i may have lost my CarsTyre (DL 2CAE 6887) & i will go to consumer court for the loss of my time & frustration i received from your team.
Yesterday at 22:39 i contacted [protected] to change my car's Tyre since it was punctured, first of all i was astonished to hear that i don't have TVs roadside Assistance service, then i told them i revived my car insurance through online .By 23:02 i received call from [protected] stating that technician is coming from Moti Nagar to dwarka where my car(DL 2CAE 6887) was stranded, Now to understand your company's professionalism, Moti Nagar Driver asked me if have the sufficient tools with me.
God save people from your company, now to add flavor, while i was telling him (Moti Nagar driver) the route, he said "Ok i will use this route if i will come" now it was clear that he just wanted to avoid the situation, now no one called me & informed me that there will be a delay.
I called multiple times on [protected] & it was more thrilling to know that new driver is coming from Munirka, i was supposed to give him the route details, by 12.25 am new driver reached, by 12.25 i called one of your supervisor on his mobile number [protected], nothing was done.
Now this horrific incident anything could have have happened to me, if my wife would have driving this car with such drastic car helpline anyone can imagine what might have been the consequences.
I lost my time, rest, fuel while waiting for your driver without any intimation.
Now i want compensation so that it pinches you & you have a lesson to learn.
Please give your nodal officers mail & phone number as well, i want to follow proper channel to reach consumer court.
