Meri bike 14 dino bad he handle jam ho gya . Lock khul nhi rha Mane khub try Kiya . Lekin nahi khula. Mane road side assistance me complain bhi ki . Lekin koi fayeda nhi hua. Me jitni bar bhi call kr complain likhwata . Repeat bike number, road side application number, btaya. Bole apke near by tvs ka service center nhi h Saturday h sab band h . Monday ko hogi bike sahi. Apki bike tow krne ke liye aa rhe h 5-6 hrs wait Kiya koi nhi aya. Fir rat ho gyi me apni bike khud tow krke machanic ke pass legya sahi krwane khud ke karch pr

Dear sir, with due regards i am submitting the saga i faced at my place of posting. I own tvsapache200 about six months old. One morning about three months ago the starter motor stopped cranking, i approached the service assistance and initially they said we will take care then after 15 min. It was informed that the distance of more than 25 km's is not covered a charge of rs.5.00 will be charged beyond that, i agreed to that and waited.
