I had booked a combo suit set from this organization/ website for rs 749/- But the order I delivered is not what I have booked for. It's wrong and used product. I had ordered for 2 garments (combo) . Only one product received. And that too old and used. I have received this delivery from Manish overseas via shadowfax, laketown branch, kolkata. Order no. SF[protected]KR.

On the envelope, it's written shipped by Ethnic Bazar. Order# 16876MY.

I had requested the delivery boy from shadowfax to colect The product from me n refund the amount I had paid. I. E. Rs 750. The delivery boy was mr. Santu pakhira, phone no. [protected]. (Pic enclosed). He is non coperative. He did not help me. Neither he divulged any address or contact details if person who booked the consignment.
In fact in the website too fake phone number and fake mail id. information was provided against the sender.

Pls arrange to get the consignment collected from me. Refund the amount collected from me. I expect you to redress the issue immediately and help me.
