I ordered shoes from USPA, with a tracking ID of SF[protected]. I didn't receive any proper things from the delivery partner. For the past 3 days, I am getting a status as " Sorry we could not deliver your shipment due to unforeseen circumstances" . Now its showing like " Shipment is returned to origin". Placed an order through Nykaa. It was supposed to be delivered the day before yesterday. I called the rider at around 5pm to confirm if he'll deliver. He assured me, and then never turned up. I have paid the cod amount using their official website but when the delivery boy came he said that we didn't receive any payment. He then called his head who very rudely said if you want the product pay now (again) or order will be cancelled. The most fraud company i have ever seen literally scamming people...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m lodging a formal complaint against an online store (Savana) and its delivery partner (Shadowfax) for a clear violation of consumer rights.

Order id: S011250702123551007001

Out for delivery since: 17th July, still not delivered
Issue: No delivery attempt, no real-time customer support, automated responses only.

This is causing me significant mental stress and inconvenience. I demand urgent intervention as the company is failing to deliver the product despite full payment and no communication from human support.
The deliver agent's phone number is switched off and there's no response at all.

Please assist me in getting either:

Immediate delivery with proof

I placed a COD order through Meesho (Order ID:[protected], which was delivered by Shadowfax.
Their tracking page showed a "Pay Now" button, and I made UPI payment via PhonePe of ₹282.
Soon after, the order was cancelled and returned to the seller.

Despite several emails and social media messages to Shadowfax, there is no response or refund.

Kindly take action and ensure my refund is processed.

Shadowfax customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
