My shipment with Shadowfax has been delayed despite the promised delivery date of September 21, 2026. The tracking has been showing “Near You” for almost 2 days, but no actual delivery attempt has been made. There has been no meaningful update regarding the shipment, and repeated complaints to Shadowfax support have only resulted in generic responses without resolving the issue.

Dear shadowfax Team,

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding an **RTO shipment handled by Shadowfax Logistics**.

The RTO shipment has **not been delivered to me**, but the Meesho seller panel is showing the shipment status as **“Delivered.”** Since the shipment was not actually received by us, we raised a ticket with Meesho and requested a valid **Proof of Delivery (POD)**.

I have ordered for a Laser measuring tool with SHIPROCKET Vide order no 2026YY2025 . the supplier is Trendy Cart. Recently two products were shipped with shadowfax order number SF[protected]SRF which is cancelled without reaching doorstep and saying we can't afford to deliver at doorstep, if you can't afford why you are accepting orders?????other couriers are there who afford give chance to them.

My prepaid order with tracking IDs SF[protected]F and SF[protected]F has not been delivered for the last 6 days. The same delivery executive ([protected]) is repeatedly assigned despite my request to change him.

Every day he gives a missed call (sometimes from[protected] and marks the delivery as “not deliverable”. When I call back, he does not answer. On the first day he even threatened that my order would never be delivered.br...

The parcel is not being taken, the message comes on WhatsApp nor call and I call myself, I do not attend, make a small miscall and leave and then a message comes on WhatsApp that you were not in the current location, you have been doing this for 5 days...

Hi team,
Shadowfax has been one of the worst courier service experiences I’ve had in Bangalore. I placed a return request with Meesho for a wrong product, and my return request number is R[protected]FPL. The delivery rider gives a missed call and then updates the status as “customer not reachable, ” and keeps rescheduling the pickup. This has been happening for the past two months.
There is no support from customer care....

I have made orders from Meesho and i have raised the return request for the few items. Daily in the morning Shadowfax rider update the status that he is unable to contact me without giving a single call on my number.
No one from shadowfax called me to understand the issue or made efforts to resolve my query.
I want to log the complaint for mental and financial harassment....
