Hi team,
Shadowfax has been one of the worst courier service experiences I’ve had in Bangalore. I placed a return request with Meesho for a wrong product, and my return request number is R[protected]FPL. The delivery rider gives a missed call and then updates the status as “customer not reachable, ” and keeps rescheduling the pickup. This has been happening for the past two months.
There is no support from customer care....

I have made orders from Meesho and i have raised the return request for the few items. Daily in the morning Shadowfax rider update the status that he is unable to contact me without giving a single call on my number.
No one from shadowfax called me to understand the issue or made efforts to resolve my query.

Placed an order through Nykaa. It was supposed to be delivered the day before yesterday. I called the rider at around 5pm to confirm if he'll deliver. He assured me, and then never turned up.
