Recently two products were shipped with shadowfax order number SF[protected]SRF which is cancelled without reaching doorstep and saying we can't afford to deliver at doorstep, if you can't afford why you are accepting orders?????other couriers are there who afford give chance to them.

Shadowfax has been one of the worst courier service experiences Iâ€™ve had in Bangalore. I placed a return request with Meesho for a wrong product, and my return request number is R[protected]FPL. I have made orders from Meesho and i have raised the return request for the few items. Daily in the morning Shadowfax rider update the status that he is unable to contact me without giving a single call on my number.
No one from shadowfax called me to understand the issue or made efforts to resolve my query.

Placed an order through Nykaa. It was supposed to be delivered the day before yesterday. I called the rider at around 5pm to confirm if he'll deliver. He assured me, and then never turned up.
