Myflower App — cancellation and refund

Kindly never ever use this app (My Flower App). These people are fraud. They are sitting over there to cheat the customers.

Kindly help spread the word through your networks.

I ordered the cake and they cancelled at the last minute...refund is not yet done. .. I don see any helpline number too... Pakka frauds

I ordered a cushion . On the last minute they said they would take 3 to 4 days for the delivery. They have even responded to my call and mail I want my money back immediately.

Yes. My flower app is worst company donot order any thing, i ordered cake last minute they canceled and refund not made their customer care online response is worst i never see such a worst company in E-Commerce business

My flower app is such worst app, I ordered the cake and they cancelled at the last minute...refund is not yet done. .. I don see any helpline number too... When i called they are not picking the call disconnecting, such frauds . How can i get the money ?

I ordered cake through dis app for my parents. Last minute they cancelled my order and when told to give refund dey said deyl will refund in my flower wallet. When told dat I want in my original account dey said dey won't give. But when I checked Dey hav not even refunded it in my flower wallet. If I try to call Dey r not picking d call...worst customer service ever.

I ordered cake on feb14 2021 on that day they can't deliver..next day one of person from this company offered me to give chocolate then cant deliver cake ..I agreed and it's not delivered but it shows it delivered but you are not received our order..such a a fraud company I never seen ..

My flower app is totally fraud. They don't deliver the items and also do not return the money.
I am among one of them who all have been cheated by my flower app.i have ordered cake for my friend but it was not delivered nor my money was refunded. Kindly support to get the refund The order number is given below,

This is to let you know that I had ordered 3 cakes total from your website. One cake for Ernakulam district ordered on 1st June and  and 2 cakes for Allepy district ordered on 31st May.

I want to report the poor & inefficient service you have provided.

The cake for Ernakulam district which was supposed to be delivered on 6th June was delivered on 2nd June.

The other 2 cakes for Allepy district, which was supposed to be delivered on 7th June, was never delivered. Your team informed me on the day at 5:30pm that they are unable to fulfil delivery. How can you wait till the end of the working day to inform me of non- delivery ?

Your team have asked me (on the phone) to choose an item worth Rs800 and they will compensate . Now as per the email below, the compensation has been reduced to Rs. 661. This is ridiculous & unacceptable and you are cheating your customers.

They haven't even mentioned the second cake ive ordered. At a minimum I expect to be compensated for the full amount i have paid for both cakes that were not delivered. If not, I will be logging a complaint against this website.

Very third class My Flower app. is totally fraud.

Real cheaters. They don't deliver the ordered items..

I have ordered cake to surprise my dad on father’s day but they have not delivered the same as yet. Money is the secondary part but they don’t even understand emotions attached to the person. I have been following up with them from last 6 days and every time getting the answer stating they will speak to the delivery boy and revert back. Very irresponsible, no one should use this app for gifting.
