I am deeply disappointed with the service I received when I placed an order for cakes for my mother and mother-in-law on Mother's day. Unfortunately, the delivery has not been made yet, and what's even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication and apology from the company. Moreover, they have shown no intention of providing a refund, which is truly disheartening. The level of service I experiences was absolutely appalling. I strongly urge other NOT TO ORDER from this company as it appears to be a SCAM. They have a track record of not issuing refunds and their customer service is not only unhelpful but also rude. It is clear that they are not operating with the best interests of their customers in mind.
