Ordered cake(23rd may 2023) from myflowerapp.com, they cancelled the order[protected] due to not delivering the item to the location.
Insted of refunding the amount to my account they provided wallet code only to purchase from their site again. They are not responding the mails and calls. Please look into it.

Hi I placed an order worth 1194 rupees to be delivered on April 20 2023.
I had place an order previously which they did not deliver and gave me a coupon code to redeem.Now the order was not delivered and no response from the company.They don't respond to emails or calls....

Sir they are fraud making customer fool by converting the public hard earned money into coupon yet that coupon is not working not ready to return money .they are not giving delivery to customer no one is ready to deal to customer as help line no one is picking call...

I ordered a boquet to deliver it for my Nephew's marriage. I paid a price to deliver on a specific time. First they said no pink flowers available and will replace with red. Later their status said it was out for delivery. But nothing has been delivered as of yet. Total fraud. I should have reviewed some of the comments before i ordered. I hope at least others will profit from the comments. I asked for a refund, let me see if they will do....

My sister have ordered some chocolates from myflowerapp.com on 15 nov 2021. It's not delivered and they are not picking calls and not even replying to mails. I have checked reviews then came to know there are much more consumers who have filed complaint against them. They have many customers like me they have charged money but not delivered the product....

I placed for an order for a birthday cake on 3rd of October, 2021 through this website with Order ID[protected] but my order was never delivered and they informed me only at night when my order was about to be delivered that they cannot deliver the order because they still don't have service in that area. They shouldn't have taken my order online when they still don't have service in that region.

On 8th Jan I have ordered a cake and chocolates for 1275, it does not deliver until today and they did not respond to my email till 11th Jan 2021.

I ordered cake on 8th Oct and that got canceled by myflowerapp. After so many effort they received my call and respond on chat then after so many requests they initiated my refund but I haven't received my money yet also company blocked my mobile number not replying on chat properly they are cheating on customers....

I ordered some flowers for 1399 rupees from this site on 22nd june 2020 with order number[protected]. I was told that the flowers were not available so i asked for a rerun for which they agreed.
The refund was initiated on 22nd june which i appreciated but after around 20 days of initiation, i still haven't received the refund.
They only have one contact number which is always busy so its not possible to connect to them on call....
